1. Who we are
Atlan Digital Research and Development Limited (“we”, “us”) operates CreatorSecure (the “Service”). Our registered address is 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2V 4NE, United KIngdom. Contact: [enquiries@atlan.digital]. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, or the age of digital consent in your country, and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription, fees and trials
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current consumer price example: £6.99 per month. Taxes may apply. We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse the Service, including by:
- scanning illegal content or content you have no right to share;
- attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities;
- exceeding Fair Use limits (see Fair Use Policy);
- using the Service to create or distribute malware or to assist fraud.
6. Content scanning and third-party services
The Service may send content you submit (links, files, metadata) to third-party providers for analysis, including but not limited to: OpenAI (LLM processing), Sophos attachmentAV (malware scanning via AWS Marketplace), abuse/reputation databases, hosting/CDN providers, and analytics. You authorise us to transmit, process and store such content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not guarantee that scans will detect all threats or that content labelled “safe” is risk-free.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain rights in your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Playbooks and guidance (no legal/security warranty)
Security guidance and playbooks are provided “as is” for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your account security decisions.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time (effective at the end of your current billing period). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, including Fair Use violations or unlawful activity.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
