CreatorSecure — Fair Use Policy

Effective date: 3 October 2025

1. Purpose

This Fair Use Policy (“FUP”) ensures a reliable, cost-effective service for all CreatorSecure users. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Default limits (customise as needed)

• File size: up to 25 MB per file for scans (documents, PDFs, ZIPs with docs/scripts).
• Daily scans: up to 25 scans/day per user on the Free plan; up to 200/day on paid plans (pooled across devices).
• Concurrency: up to 3 concurrent scans per user.
• Rate limits: burst and per-minute limits may apply to prevent abuse.

3. Prohibited use

• No illegal content: do not upload or scan content that is illegal to possess or share.
• No malware creation: do not use the Service to create, host, or distribute malware.
• No automated scraping/abuse: do not automate scanning at volumes inconsistent with normal human use without written permission.
• No circumvention: do not bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.

4. Caching & duplicates

To protect all users, we may cache scan results (e.g., by file hash/URL) and reuse verdicts for identical content.

5. Enforcement

If usage materially degrades service quality or costs, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts per the Terms. We will attempt to contact you first where reasonable.

6. Changes

We may update this FUP from time to time; material changes will be notified in advance.
